Senator Klobuchar mentions that 10-40 million consumers may have errors on their credit reports that can cause a denial of credit according to the latest FTC Study and questions the CDIA's numbers with regards to the errors on consumer credit reports.
Mr. Reingold points out that the Credit Reporting Agencies clients are the data furnishes not the consumer. He also mentions that the investigation process is flawed and inefficient.
