As an account executive my role is to develop solid relationships with mortgage brokers, credit unions, and banks who do not fund their own loans as my chief responsibility. I also help other internal employees develop long professional relationships with brokers primarily in Nevada and other states. By developing marketing and business strategies I successfully connect with brokers who can help Oaktree Funding Corp, achieve its funding and sales goals. Additionally, I participate consistently in the loan process and also ensure mortgage brokers’ application packages are complete during the submission process. My strong understanding of underwriting guidelines and quality control requirements along with solid organizational skills have enabled the an increase in my client base.
